The spacious suite offered stunning city views that enhanced the overall experience, while the fresh salads served at the restaurant were a definite highlight for their vibrant flavors. However, the check-in process was quite slow, leading to inconvenient delays, and some of the amenities felt slightly dated.

The view overlooking Navy Pier was spectacular, and the room was effortlessly stylish. I really appreciated the advanced room upgrade at check-in—it felt fabulous! Great ambiance overall, just perfect for family fun.
However, the housekeeping could use a little pep, I encountered some dust and a broken tile. It felt like I was living in a rustic museum, minus the charm!

The location is perfect for exploring, with major attractions like Millennium Park just a short walk away. The superior king room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay quite pleasant. However, the overall service left much to be desired. we felt unwelcomed upon arrival and did not receive the level of hospitality we've experienced at other locations. Despite this, the room's amenities made our time away relatively enjoyable, allowing us to focus on our trip.

Fantastic River View Room with Great Neighborhood Vibe
I loved the spacious Superior King Room that came with stunning river views — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The sweet rolls at breakfast were an absolute highlight, delicious and freshly baked! The nearby Irish pub provided a vibrant atmosphere, which was a nice touch. However, the valet service could definitely use some improvement, as it was quite slow during my stay.

Best team ever!
The crew here is amazing! Alissa at the front desk greeted us with so much warmth, way better than the usual stiff hotel vibe. The in-room breakfast was delicious, but parking felt a bit pricy. Overall, I felt like royalty thanks to this fantastic staff, especially Mark & Ben at concierge. They truly made our stay special!

The sweet rolls at St Regis were a total game changer—flaky and bursting with flavor! Plus, the nearby Lizzie McNeill's Irish Pub delivered vibrant vibes with its awesome brews and local flair. And let’s not forget about the classy ambiance in the lounge area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
While the experience left a bit to be desired, especially with a less-than-stellar valet and an invisible butler, the location was solid. Chicago’s charm still shines through, especially with gems like III Forks just a stone's throw away.

The spacious double room offered air conditioning and a river view which made my stay enjoyable. I appreciated the flat-screen TV with cable, allowing me to relax after a day of exploring. The complimentary toiletries were also a nice touch.
The service upon arrival was lacking. The valet experience was not smooth, with long wait times for my car. I expected a more welcoming atmosphere, and I did not see the butler service that I had encountered at other St Regis locations.

The hotel impressed with its stunning views and luxurious rooms, but some service aspects fell short. Difficulties with the staff's consistency and issues like a late check-in detracted from the experience. Dining was delightful, particularly with the attentive restaurant staff and diverse menu options.
